The Vedic astrology is a type of astrology that has originated as a result of the ancient form of astrology that is used in India. This type of astrology or the Vedic astrology is also referred to as the Hindi astrology or the Indian astrology. However, the Vedic astrology was traditionally known as the Jyotish that has been derived from a Sanskrit word Jyotisa that meant light or heavenly body. The Vedic astrology is also predicted based on movements of the planets and heavenly bodies in the sky.

The Vedic astrology is a type of astrology that establishes the relationships between the planets and the heavenly bodies according to the birth date and time of the individuals and then the birth chart is prepared by using the different analysis of the various factors that determine the overall predictions for the individuals.
There is a main difference between the two type of astrology that is the Vedic astrology and the western astrology. The differences are in terms of the time systems followed in order to classify the houses o the areas where the planets are placed and interpreted accordingly. The Vedic astrology was the way that was used in order to make the birth charts of the Lords who were born in ancient times such as Lord Rama and Lord Krishna. Therefore, it may be said that this astrological ways of predictions are the part of this universe from a long time.
This Vedic astrology is considered to be one of the most accurate ways of making predictions based on the information provided for the individuals whose future is to be predicted. If the information provided is incorrect then the predictions through the Vedic astrology automatically becomes inaccurate. Therefore, in order to obtain the accurate predictions, the information provided must be correct.
